The nodes that Leo generates depends on the @data import_html_tags setting, but at present skipToMatchingTag looks at *all* tags, whether or not they will generate nodes. It may be possible to make skipToMatchingTag more "forgiving" by ignoring "non-generating" tags, but that remains to be seen.
