Only for Debian, assuming it works (I haven't tried it myself). There is no such installer for OSX. The installer for Windows is not a one-stop installer because requires you to have already installed Python, Qt, and PyQt, without mentioning this explicitly anywhere on the Downloads page. Furthermore, while the installer won't let you install Leo until you can tell it where Python is, it won't complain it all if you don't have PyQt installed. However, if you don't have PyQt installed, then from a user perspective nothing happens when he or she double-clicks on the "Leo" icon --- technically a message is printed in this case, but merely clicking on the icon does not bring up a console so the user does not see it.
