Ah! Will check that, but I think you're probably right. And your nodes table would be more appropriately identified with my attributes table(s). The "bottom level" for me is the individual attribute values. You might call my entire structure "edges gone wild." I don't have encapsulation at the node level. Maybe this will let me match it up with Leo format. Would be good to see some sort of "certified" db representation of Leo, with code that gets it in and out.
