The bug is called "Changing @auto paths overwrites files without warning", but in fact it pertains to all of Leo's @<file> read/write logic.
I have not created any new unit tests for this--existing unit tests cover most of the logic. While not complex, the fix would be quite difficult to test comprehensively. Please report any problems immediately. Edward P.S. The fix remembers the full path specified by the @<file> node, including any ancestor @path nodes. This is better than nothing, but does not detect or otherwise deal with the case where a cloned @<file> nodes specifies two different paths. That's a project for another time.
