As explained in "All about clone conflicts", it means that Leo has encountered two or more versions of what should be the same cloned node. This typically happens when you (or your agent, like bzr), changes one copy of a cross-file clone, but not all copies. The "Recovered Nodes" tree shows you all the data that Leo encountered. It is up to you to pick the proper version and change the cloned node appropriately. Leo will then write *all* copies of the newly-changed clone when you save the .leo file.
