Recent revs to the trunk have resulted in an excellent collapse in
complexity in leoMenu.createMenuEntries, one of Leo's most difficult
methods. This method no longer computes accelerators: that is done
only when the user pulls down a menu.

I have taken pains to simplify the code correctly, and all unit tests
pass, and Leo seems to be working well, but as always, problems not
caught by unit tests may remain.

Furthermore, I'll be continuing to hack on Leo's settings-related code
today, so for the next day or so Leo's trunk should be considered far
less stable than usual. That is, there is a real possibility that new
bugs may creep in. Be warned.
