I like epydoc, but it seems that Sphinx is probably pushing it out
these days.  epydoc is a lot lighter than Sphinx, which is nice.

I don't think generated docs. go out of date too fast, only small parts
of the code base change at a time, and they have nice hyperlinking
between things.

If it can point out functions without documented parameters, that would
be good :-)
