I can also confirm that the problem does appear to be font size related. When I set font to 14px instead of 12px in the body pane, I don't notice the problem any longer.
Terry, can you try the file I posted with 12px font and see what happens. It reliably produced the jump issue for me with the out-of-box leoSettings.
