Thank you Fidel, for testing it so promptly.

In my laptop it does not update at all. (Well, I waited for two minutes, I 
am not very patient, you see...)

If I click on the tree or on the other pane and come back than I can see 
the text. But if I try typing something else everything gets folded up 
again.
