Just thought I'd take this opportunity to provide instruction for
adding new plugins to the ReadTheDocs documentation.
Imo, we should make it a policy never to put important docs only here.
Of course, I'm a prime offender: I often use posts as pre-writing.
Still, it would be better simply to announce docs here, and put the
actual docs with the to-be-documented code.
So please put the docs where someone naive (and we will all be naive
two weeks after reading about them) can find them. Thanks.
