I can't find such a script in doc, external, or scripts.leo. Could you
point me in the right direction? I'm working on a new "Documenting
Plugins" section in leo/doc/writingPlugins.txt, and I want all my
ducks in a row.

I found doc/plugin_catalog.py, but that outputs html, rather than RST,
and it also doesn't organize things like the existing plugins
documentation (i.e., QT-only, GUI-independent, etc.) Is there a new
version of this somewhere, or is this not the correct script?
