I guess 'file management' is the wrong term to use.
It uses Leos tree pane to provide an enhanced
way to view and access the file system.

For my money it incorporates the capabilities which
make sense in it's context. It provides lots of sugar
for using Leo against an existing tree on the file
system, with the intent of examining and editing.
