Well that may be a bit of an overstatement - if it was 4 using and 1 not, you might say "either use Leo or live with the sentinels", but in the general case with open participation, or trying not to tax people working at the edge of their comfort zone, I think the onus is always going to be on the Leo user to keep their sentinels to themselves.
