Perhaps here:

@rst ../myDocument.html
@rst html/myDocument.html
@rst ../docs/html/myDocument.html
@rst ~/docs/myDocument.html                #This will create /be in a folder 
relative to the folder that contains your leo file.


After each type, it could do a #This will create /be in a folder relative 
to the folder that contains your leo file.
Since thats aimed at non programmers, the ".." being a relative path might 
not be understandable for some.
