Well, this is just an idea and perhaphs is harder to implement thant I 
would think, but what about setting the default text shown by the 
minibuffer as:

"Hello: Write here any Leo command and I will execute it! For instance, 
write 'help-commands' and I will show you a list of available commands!"

And the user could disable that default text shown by the minibuffer by 
right-click disable "welcome text".

Now it says "insert state", doesnt invite to insert Leo commands for 
newbies hehehe.
