We should also consider that it's labelled 'minibuffer' in fairly
readable font. Users only need to look at their screen to see what it
looks like, and then some reading to figure it out.

Jake is right. 'Command line' is something people know from
terminal windows or REPLs. But, imo, 'Command' should be in the
name; 'Command field' would do, because, technically, it's (just)
a field.
