Leo 4.11 final, build b77d39b6ff71 (branch: master), 2014-04-13 14:07:07

What's the best way to use the viewrendered2.py plugin with the github
master, but viewrendered.py with 4.11 Final. I need to do this because
viewrendered.py is broken for the master build
<https://groups.google.com/forum/#%21topic/leo-editor/l7jzwNxGN_U>,
but viewrendered2 doesn't work with 4.11 Final.
Unfortunately, I don't think that's possible...
Perhaps you could rig something up with @if nodes in myLeoSettings.leo?
I created configdir/myLeoSettings.leo as documented at Search order
for settings files
<http://leoeditor.com/customizing.html#search-order-for-settings-files> but
that doesn't seem to actually be automatically read? It only causes
changes to the plugins when I open it. And it doesn't /*remove*/
viewrendered. Only adds viewrendered2.
Ah! myLeoSettings.leo needs to be in your home/.leo directory, not the
leo/config directory. On Windows 7 x64 (which I gathered from your
previous post), you can get there by entering "%HOMEPATH%\.leo" in the
address bar in Explorer. It usually ends up being something like
"C:\Users\your_user_name\.leo".
Temporarily I just changed configDir/leoSettings.leo but that doesn't
seem quite right since now my version is different from the master
(and theoretically could be accidentally pushed back to it).
The master repo is locked down, only certain people have write access :)
