Leo now supports @auto-vim-outline and @auto-org-mode, with @auto-otl and
@auto-org being synonyms.

This is a big step forward. @auto-vim-outline and @auto-org-mode are a big
step forward allow easy interchange between Leo outlines and vim or emacs
outlines.

As with all other @auto files (including @auto-rst), Leo remembers clone
links and uA's in imported @auto-vim-outline and @auto-org-mode files.

Please all the new code with caution and report any problems immediately.

Next: documentation on Leo's web site, not just buried in release notes!
This documentation will emphasize that the recent fixes to
refresh-from-disk apply to all @auto nodes. So after creating a new @auto
node of *any* kind, just refresh from disk to populate it the first time.
