http://leoeditor.com/vimBindings.html#using-vimoutline-otl-files-in-leo
says
 Place a copy of the “@keys Vim bindings” node and its sub-nodes,
located in the leoSettings.leo file, under the “@settings” node in
the myLeoSettings.leo file

I don't find that node in leoSettings.leo

I do find
- vim-like bindings are defined in leoSettings.leo in the node:
@shortcuts Vim plain keys

and a node
@@shortcuts Vim plain keys

under
@keys EKR bindings
