Fixed at rev e110a18...All tests pass.  Here is the checkin log.

Added disabled vim-emulation tree (key bindings & @mode nodes) back to
leoSettings.leo.  They are duplicates of those found in
leo/config/exampleSettings.leo.

Fixed resulting problems reported by check-bindings script.

It's important to have all major settings, especially key bindings,
defined in leoSettings.leo for use by the various check scripts in
leoSettings.leo.

To reiterate, there is no perfect solution, but imo it's basically
wrong not to put all useful data in leoSettings.leo.  I've left
exampleSettings.leo alone.  In theory, it should be updated too, but
life is too short...
