Wow, quite the revolution in the short time I was away :-) I'm hopeful that QScintilla will be good for Leo.
It seems like this would be a good time to get body editors to behave in a way that allows better integration with free_layout and related things like the stickynotes and tabula plugins. The major drawback of those is that they use plain plain text editors, and not Leo body editors. free_layout should be able to completely replace the perennially picky add-editor code, too. The requirements for more versatile body editorS have come up a couple of times, here's a succinct description: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/leo-editor/krXkC-kPJYE There's also this, but the above is probably enough: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/leo-editor/Terry$2C$20let$27s$20do$20editors$20with$20free_layout%7Csort:relevance/leo-editor/pgfd5KNQMT0/RxkzHImlzBsJ It may not be just the QScintilla but also the other wrapper simplification which makes this more doable now.
