There is an additional problem.
When I run leo.bat, it works fine. And I can open any leo file.

@start /b "Leo" "c:\Anaconda\pythonw.exe"
"D:\lib\leo\leo-editor\launchLeo.py" %*

But when I click the *.leo file directly, the iconbox is not there. (I did
not remember how I link the *.leo file to leo-editor = =;)
