Yes, you are seeing notepad in one of Leo's dropdown lists. The question is why. The contextmenu.py plugin is enabled by default. It uses g.guessExternalEditor to suggest an editor, and this method falls back on notepad. Mystery solved. I don't see a great alternative to notepad that is guaranteed to exist on Windows.
