I think installing gtk themes for qt use is a bit complicated is your system is not GTK based. Qt style sheets may be a better way to customize Leo without changing all your desktop theme. i just did a quick search and find this that looks promizing : https://github.com/ColinDuquesnoy/QDarkStyleSheet
