Heyo,

I'm near certain we can delete `leo-install.py` from the root of Leo's
folder tree. I think it is only used when creating Windows binary
installers via `python setup.py --bdist_winst`.

We are (well, Edward is) already going through the work of building and
maintaining a Windows NSIS installer, so I don't see the point of doing the
same for bdist_winst. Windows folk who don't want to use the NSIS installer
can still use pip to install from source, and it's smart enough to the work
leo-install.py does anyway, only better.

Anyone know of a reason it shouldn't be removed?
