Removed, in setup.py branch, along with related section of setup.cfg.

I spent a long time this evening cuddled up with docs on how to resolve git 
conflicts that aren't conflicts. Tip for the unknown future traveller: when 
things get really confused, just clone a new repo somewhere else and nuke 
the old folder. That (can be)  a faster and less stressful route to getting 
back on the horse again than trying to figure out exactly what is going in 
the current one!
