The 9 commits ending with e6b5782 go most of the way towards defining and dispatching commands using the @cmd and @g.commands decorators.
All unit tests pass regardless of the g.new_dispatch switch. However, problems remain when g.new_dispatch is True, so it remains set to False. In particular, the common run-pylint button can be executed with the wrong commander. I'll discuss some other issues later. It's time for some sleep.
