The todo.py slowdown was not the only slowdown. For syntax highlighted 
nodes, there remains a (less severe) lack of visual updating when holding 
down the Up/Down arrow in the tree and additionally a significant lack up 
visual updates when holding down Ctrl-Up/Down in the body to move lines 
around.
