* D3 Trees
* Nested menus
* Subtrees (node can point to another Leo file)
* Works with trunkless trees now

Edward, this one is fairly stable so you can link to it if you want.

I was going to use the LeoDocs file as a demo, but it has a lot of rst 
panes, and Leoviewer doesn't support rst. Is it simple to convert those to 
md or html?

Still need to make the SEO/static feature + search, but going to pause to 
generate some content. Working on converting the Shakespeare files now.
