Uh, it was platform difference kind of error in jEdit2Py. I was totally confused wandering why that script doesn't change output file even if I give it different versions of xml input. The answer is it is writing not as expected in output .py file but in: leo/modes\clojure.py Path separator was hard-coded for windows Vitalije
