I've renamed this file to emphasized that it does *not* use the solarized 
base colors.  So it is not a solarized dark theme.

This change was made at rev 3bd17e, the same change that restored the 
proper solarized colors in leoSettings.leo.

*Important*: Devs *must not* alter the solarized constants in 
leoSettings.leo, nor should they alter them for their own purposes in 
themes.  Doing so can (and has) caused great confusion.

LeoBlackSolarized.leo now defines and uses @dark-base constants instead of 
@solarized-base constants.
