I've renamed this file to emphasized that it does *not* use the solarized base colors. So it is not a solarized dark theme.
This change was made at rev 3bd17e, the same change that restored the proper solarized colors in leoSettings.leo. *Important*: Devs *must not* alter the solarized constants in leoSettings.leo, nor should they alter them for their own purposes in themes. Doing so can (and has) caused great confusion. LeoBlackSolarized.leo now defines and uses @dark-base constants instead of @solarized-base constants.
