@wrap controls enables wrapping in the body pane. @nowrap disables wrapping. Like many directives, @wrap and @nowrap apply to all descendant nodes that do not themselves contain an @wrap or @nowrap directive. The @pagewidth directive tells reformat-paragraph (Shift-Ctrl-P) where to break lines. I believe this is all documented. What confuses you about this?
