Imo, there are no serious items in the Leo 5.8.1 to-do list <https://github.com/leo-editor/leo-editor/issues?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=is%3Aissue+milestone%3A5.8.1+is%3Aopen+-label%3Apip>. All items could be pushed to the next release.
Matt, are you ready for 5.8.1 b2? If so, I would like to do this asap, and release 5.8.1 final soon thereafter. Work is going well on pyzo support. It looks like a matter of a few weeks, or a few months at most. The pyzo work will require python 3. Imo, we may as well require at least python 3.6 when we make the changeover. That seems like a good time to end support for python 2. Your comments, please Edward -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "leo-editor" group.
