Thanks for this thorough testing! Yes, this is expected. The LeoPy.leo menu
item opens leoPy.leo if it exists.  Otherwise, the menu item opens
LeoPyRef.leo.

In contrast, the LeoPyRef.leo menu item *always* opens LeoPyRef.leo.
