1. CTRL-H to edit a node headline.
   2. Find any character in the headline to delete.
   3. Press DELETE.
   4. Focus immediately goes to node body rather than staying in the 
   headline text.

This is somewhat recent and I don't know which version introduced this new 
behavior. Before I file a bug, I thought I would ask here first if this was 
intentional and if so, what's the rationale? If not, then I'll file a bug 
(I consider it one as it's very inconvenient if I want to delete more than 
one headline character at a time).
