Recent versions of the viewrendered3 (VR3) plugin sometimes rendered the
selected node even if the plugin was not visible. This would happen after
startup when an VR3 instance has created but not yet made visible. The
effect was to slow down editing of and changes to the selected node. This
has now been fixed.

The user has been able to specify stylesheets for ReStructuredText (RsT)
and Markdown (MD) nodes. But there are only a few of these stylesheets
available, with light or dark themes, and their colors may not match those
of Leo's theme. For example, a VR3 stylesheet could use a dark solarized
background color but the Leo dark theme might use black for the background
color. The difference could be a little annoying.

VR3 now picks up the text and background colors from the body editor so
there will be no mismatch. This is not a perfect solution, because a
complicated RsT or MD page may use features such as syntax highlighting,
notes, footnotes, internal links, and so forth that won't coordinate
perfectly with the colors of the Leo theme. This will especially be the
case if the VR3 stylesheet has a light theme but the Leo theme is a dark
one, or vice versa. Normally, though, I think that most users will want the
light/dark character of the VR3 and Leo themes to match.

In case this automatic color matching is not wanted, there is a new setting
to turn it off:

@bool vr3-adapt-fgbg-colors

If omitted, the default value is True.

Automatic color setting is not currently available for Asciidoc pages.
Because three different Asciidoc processors are supported, switching the
colors may be more complex, and I haven't looked into it yet.

A new RsT dark-themed stylesheet has been added. Use it with this setting:

@string vr3-rst-stylesheet = vr3-medium-black.css

The initial background color of this stylesheeet is a near-black so it
would be a better choice if the background color of Leo's theme is black or
near black (such as the *tbp_dark* theme) rather than dark solarized.

These changes have just been merged into the devel branch.
