What do you mean by standard repo support?

The differences between the different platforms were caused by using MFC
on Windows and GTK on Linux, I've decided to switch to Qt for all platforms
and when that's done they will all have the same features.

Currently the Qt version is about 80% done so it may be a little too
early for bug reports but if you're interested in checking it out: 'svn co
http://svn.leocad.org/branches/qtest'. It does have 3ds export, keyboard
shortcuts and toolbar docking on Linux but still missing context menus.
