gcc version 5.3.1 20160406 (Red Hat 5.3.1-6) (GCC)
Searching only seems to suggest you are right and it should work. I
wonder why it doesn't. Look like it is the compile options probably. I
see "-std=c++11" and later there is "-std=gnu++98".
Thanks for letting me know about the line width and for looking into
html export.
