less-700 is now available for beta testing.
Please do not distribute this version widely until a version
is announced for general use.

This release fixes some issues found in less-696.
Also, the mechanism to create handlers for OSC 8 hyperlinks has been
changed. Instead of using an environment variable named LESS_OSC8_xxx,
you should use LESS_OSC8_OPEN_xxx. LESS_OSC8_xxx is no longer supported,
and the semantics of LESS_OSC8_OPEN_xxx are different than those of
LESS_OSC8_xxx. See the man page for details.
