is announced for general use.

This release fixes some issues found in less-700.
Also, the mechanism to create handlers for OSC 8 hyperlinks has been
changed yet again. The semantics of LESS_OSC8_OPEN_xxx have been changed
so that it is no longer necessary to append %o or %O to the end of the
command, nor to backslash-escape prompt metacharacters. See the man page
for details.
