Right now every thing comes up blank at Open Group's OpenMOTIF site.
It is almost impossible to get into their ftp server and get anything
useful.
ICS is redistributing Docs, binaries and code on a CD for $ 29.99

It is a good deal, instead of getting frustrated trying get code or docs
from
their servers.
