It seems to be behaving as I would expect, however others had some differing
opinions...

We've got problems with this one regardless of the BaseClass stuff. For as long
as I can remember this has been giving me
"Error: XtCreateWidget "DropSiteManager" requires non-NULL widget class"
But I now see that this is not correct!!! Just a _very_ quick look, but it
seems to me that line ~425 of DragC.c:initialize is wrong.
_XmGetDropSiteManagerObject is expecting an XmDisplay arg, and we are giving it
the parent of new_w, which in this case is a BulletinBoard. Needs a closer look
at least.......
