Calling _XmVendorExtRealize() twice isn't really harmful if you just
look at Properties, in that the Properties will be set twice. Not
calling it at all is a problem as the properties will never be set,
which I think is why Grace was dying (if the window being killed is
a DialogShell). But calling it twice on the same shell means that
LTAddGrab() is called twice, and I don't think that is such a good
idea.
