IIRC, nearly all the tests compiled. I think there were about 5 which
wouldn't compile for some reason or another, some having to do with
defines like Xm_???_DUMMY which we had in our test suite but not in Motif.
I fixed several of those tests myself. There shouldn't be that many tests
which don't compile under OM.
