0.92.3 build

Did I see that there is a 0.92.3b that is suppose to fix the building
of lesstif?  0.92.3 is the latest on hungry

0.92.3 I get 

/usr/src/lesstif-0.92.3} > ./configure
configure: error: can not find sources in . or ..
