Some people might object equating "adding frames" to
"improving". ;-)
My Netscape windows are sized to the same proportion as a sheet
of paper (wide lines are hard to read). Sites with frames are
annoying because they require wide browser windows.
The current frameless layout is just as good IMHO as the
frameful one and it doesn't have the inconvenients.
