Fixes for Xbae v4.9.0

I have a set of fixes for row resizing for Xbae version 4.9.0.  What is
the easiest way to submit these?

I have briefly looked at some of the changes in 4.9.1, and they don't
appear to actually fix the row resizing.  I haven't had a chance yet to
swap in the code to do a full test, though.
