There are several options.
If it's big, send out a query as you did, one of the core will tell you to
send it to him
personally.
In other cases, you may send them to the list, or attach them to a bug
report on SF.
For now, you can send them to the list or to me ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), as you
see fit.

Subject: Fixes for Xbae v4.9.0
I have a set of fixes for row resizing for Xbae version 4.9.0. What is
the easiest way to submit these?
I have briefly looked at some of the changes in 4.9.1, and they don't
appear to actually fix the row resizing. I haven't had a chance yet to
swap in the code to do a full test, though.
