Empty last line of the text?
I see the XmNeditMode issue, but don't understand fully.

Well, that's always the point:
people like to get the behaviour from Motif, regardless whether
it meets the specification or not ...

Could you propose a "fix" for LessTif? Or did anyone check
with a Motif 2.x yet, my experience was only Motif 1.2.
