I'm a bit confused ... (at least!)
configure does create include/Motif-x.y/Xm.h - unless it
has a bug and crashes ...
Can you quote the error message and the end of the configure
output where it lists which files are being generated?
BTW, I wasn't aware we supply a 50MB archive. For which
system is being supplied?
